The Holiday Inn Kingston is a 2 story hotel that has 212 tastefully decorated rooms that wrap around the Holidome area. Our Kingston accommodations are 100% non-smoking with either a king, queen or two double beds.

We also offer special executive rooms perfect for the business traveler who needs a little VIP treatment or the couple looking for a romantic getaway. Each room includes a refrigerator and wet bar and may be converted to a small conference or hospitality area.

Our executive section of the hotel has inside rooms in this area that either walk out into the Holidome garden courtyard or have a balcony overlooking this area. The outside rooms in this section boast a peaceful Catskill mountain view.

Each room is equipped with remote control extended cable (50+ channels) TV, HBO, direct-dial telephone with a private voice mail system and magnetic key cards for enhanced security. Also, complimentary high speed wireless Internet access is available in all rooms and public areas.

In addition to the Holiday Inn "Best Breaks" packages, we also offer seasonal specials.

Conferences

Receptions, banquets, meetings and seminars are our specialty. Our flawless service and delicious food and beverages add to any event.

The main ballroom is 3,120 square feet and divides into two sections of 1,560 square feet each. The full capacity varies from 150 classroom style to 500 for a reception. We also have smaller rooms available for groups up to 50.

Day and overnight meeting packages are available. Our professional catering staff prides itself on providing custom packages for business as well as social functions detailing all aspects of the event.
Standard audiovisual equipment is available at the hotel such as screens,  microphones, podiums, slide projectors, overhead projectors, VCRs, TVs and flip charts. More specialized equipment can be obtained with advance notice.
